PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
The full payment for hotel room(s) bookings will be
charged by MTW, on the credit card of the client and the final
confirmation is going to be made.
If a written cancellation notice is received no later than ten
(10) days before check – in the hotel, MTW will accept
cancellation and refund the payment, except for a $25.00
non-refundable administrative fee.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Payment of the final
balance is due sixty (60) days in advance of departure, regardless
of when reservations are made. Credit cards are accepted, only
VISA and MASTERCARD.
If such notice is received no later than sixty (60)
days before departure, MTW will accept cancellation and refund all
moneys, except for a $25.00 per person non-refundable
administrative fee plus applicable hotel, cruise and air
cancellation fees. If such written notice is received within sixty
(60) days before departure, MTW will accept such cancellation and
refund the land portion costs it recovers from those entities paid
on behalf of member only to the extent that such moneys are
refunded by those entities to MTW. Cancellation fee of $50 (59-30
days prior to departure) or $100 (29 days or less prior to
departure per person) will not be refunded. If any person is
removed by MTW from the trip (or any optional side trip), MTW’ s
only obligation shall be to refund to such a person a fraction of
the trip price, the numerator of which fraction shall be MTW cost
for the person’s unused services and the denominator of which
shall be MTW cost for the person’s entire trip.
CRUISE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
1) For Cabin Charters; full payment has to be paid
in order to finalize the booking.
2) For Private Boat Charters, % 50 of the total price has to
be paid with the booking,
and the balance has to be closed 2 weeks prior to the embarkation.
