CRUISE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
For Cabin Charters; full payment has to be paid in order to
finalize the booking.
2) For Private Boat Charters, % 50 of the total price has to
be paid with the booking,
and the balance has to be closed 2 weeks prior to the embarkation.
1) If a written
cancellation notice is received within sixty (60) days before
% 50 of the payment will be refunded.
2) If a written cancellation notice is received
fifty-nine - thirty ( 59-30 ) days prior to departure,% 25 of the
payment will be refunded.
3) If a written cancellation notice is received
twenty-nine (29 ) days or less prior to departure, no refund will be
Itinerary: The itinerary of the
Guaranteed Cabin Charters are as explained on the relevant pages.
However please note that the itineraries can be changed according to
the weather and similar sea conditions and the insight of the
captain determines these changes.
on the boat: The meals on the boat are
extra. Please see the relevant pages for specific prices of the
meals. Please note that the menu above is only a sample menu and can
be altered with similar food depending on the season. With this
opportunity we would like our clients to know that being on a Blue
Cruise gulet is not the same as being in a hotel or a holiday
village. Being on a Blue Cruise gulet implies sea life. You will be
on a boat with 10 - 16 people on the sea for a week. In fact, this
is where the fun is. This is why one should prefer to do the Blue
Cruise rather than a hotel. Our clients (if they feel like of
course) participate in the daily activities of the boat, open and
close the sails when the wind is right, help the seamen bring the
dingy down, help the cook to prepare the food, share the same meal
with other participants on the same table, etc.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
& Payment : For
hiring tour guides; full payment has to be made.
1) If a written cancellation

notice is received fifty-nine - thirty (59-30) days prior to
departure, % 50 of the payment will be refunded.
3) If a written cancellation notice is received twenty-nine (29) days
or fewer priors to departure, % 25 of the payment will be refunded.
The responsibility of MTW and / or its agents is limited. MTW
and its agents act only as agents for passenger in regards to travel
whether by air, railroad, motor coach or any other conveyance and
assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or
person engaged in conveying members or in carrying out the
arrangements of this tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts
of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, breakdown in
machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de
jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil
disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics,
quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other
causes. MTW can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional
expenses to members due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour
services included but not limited to guide services, hotel
accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third
parties who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of MTW
and with whom MTW has no relationship as joint venture or otherwise.
Therefore MTW shall not be liable or responsible in any way
whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out
of or in connection with such tour services, whether same shall be
the result of changes in hotel accommodations, food, baggage
handling, tour guiding or any other matter related thereto. All such
losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Each
passenger waives any claim against MTW for any delay, inconvenience
or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths of
persons due to the acts or omissions of said third parties. Any
airline / transportation company concerned is not to be held
responsible for any act, omission or event during the time
passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances. MTW further
reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary,
or the carrier, or the aircraft utilized, or the hotel
accommodations utilized, or any other. The prices advertised in this
itinerary are subject to change due to price increases resulting
from decreases in the purchasing power of the US dollar, gasoline
price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can
be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such
increase. Travel arrangements to departure points, is solely
memberís responsibility. Each person is also personally
responsible for any hotel expenses, theater tickets, souvenirs,
gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any and all other items of
personal property or services purchased by such person. Each person
making reservations for or participating in the trip described in
these folders or flyers understands and agrees to all terms,
conditions and limitations set forth herein.
SERVICES AND FEATURES:
Are those tour services and features which
must be purchased as part of the complete tour package such as US
departure tax, any included ground transportation and transfers,
overseas baggage and handling, tour directors, some gratuities,
meals where applicable, some overseas taxes and other services. All
components of this tour are included in good faith. MTW reserves the
right to cancel the entire trip (or any optional side trips offered
in connection with the trip) for any reason at any time before
departure of the trip, in which event the liability, if any, for MTW
shall be limited to and liquidated by refunding to each prospective
participant the moneys, if any, therefore received by MTW for such
personís trip which moneys have not been or should not be
otherwise refunded to said person. We reserve the right to change
any part of the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.
