tiles; the Topkapi Palace, legendary residence of the Ottoman

city. Stroll around a street market which promises exotic and
tempting glimpses of a bustling town. Afterwards, browse a
little around the wholesaler shops in the old part of the
city. Then comes the fabulous Spice Market, a world of colors
with dried fruits, various herbs and spices, then continue to
view the Covered Bazaar, with its thousands of tiny shops
scattered amongst labyrinth-like alleys and cul-de-sacs. Then,
a unique chance to observe the traditional handicrafts being
made at a 15th century medrese and take a rest while sipping
your tea or coffee. Lunch at restaurant known for its
authentic cuisine and frequented by local merchants.
